A remote area surcharge may apply to select destinations and will be indicated at checkout once your shipping address is confirmed. This surcharge remains applicable even where an order qualifies for complimentary shipping.

Once an order has been placed, cancellations and amendments cannot be accommodated. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Montrel ships to every corner of the world. All currency equivalents are calculated at current exchange rates and presented at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically dispatched the same business day they are placed. During periods of elevated demand, please allow 1–3 business days for fulfilment. A tracking link will be issued via email upon dispatch, allowing you to follow your order from our hands to yours.

We fulfil orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will enter processing the following business day.

Our Carriers

We entrust delivery exclusively to established express logistics partners — DHL, UPS, Aramex and YunExpress — selected for their speed, reliability, and global reach. Standard postal services are not used. The most suitable carrier is assigned at dispatch based on your destination, ensuring your order arrives by the most direct route available.

Customs & Import Duties

Import duties, taxes, and applicable customs fees are not reflected in the item price or shipping cost, and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient. Charges vary by jurisdiction. Damaged Parcels

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We ask that you include photographic documentation of the damage alongside your order details, so that we may resolve the matter without delay.
