How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders typically arrive within 10 days of purchase. We aim to dispatch the same business day your order is placed. During periods of elevated demand, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor your delivery from our hands to yours.

Do you ship worldwide?

What are the shipping costs?

A flat fee of $10 USD (or local currency equivalent) applies to orders below $100 USD. Orders of $100 USD and above qualify for complimentary shipping, applied automatically at checkout. No code required.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link will be sent to your email address upon dispatch. Should you experience any difficulty locating your tracking information, please contact us at info@montrelframes.com with your order number and we will assist you.

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders enter fulfilment shortly after placement and cannot be amended or cancelled once confirmed. We encourage you to review all details carefully before completing your purchase. Should you have concerns after ordering, please contact us as promptly as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Will I be charged import duties or customs fees?

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend consulting your local customs office prior to placing your order if you have any concerns.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@montrelframes.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Who covers the cost of return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as Montrel cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in return transit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Do you offer store credit?

Yes. If you would prefer, approved returns may be issued as store credit rather than a refund to your original payment method. Store credit carries no expiry date and can be used at any time. Please indicate your preference when submitting your return request.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not facilitate direct exchanges at this time. Should you require a different style, we invite you to return your original item for store credit and place a new order at your convenience. This ensures the piece you want is secured without delay.

Which items cannot be returned?

The following are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances: items purchased during a sale or promotional event, and any item marked as final sale at the time of purchase. Items that do not meet our return conditions upon inspection will not be accepted.

Our Frames

What comes with my frames?

Every Montrel frame arrives with a protective case and a microfibre cleaning cloth, presented together as part of the complete package.

Are your frames prescription-ready?

Select Montrel styles are compatible with prescription lenses and can be taken to your preferred optician for fitting. Prescription compatibility is noted on individual product pages. Styles not listed as prescription-ready are intended as fashion eyewear and may not be suitable for lens replacement.

How do I care for my frames?

We recommend using the included microfibre cloth to clean your lenses and frames. Avoid exposing your frames to prolonged heat, harsh chemicals, or abrasive materials. When not in use, store your frames in the provided case to preserve their condition.

Where are Montrel frames available?

Montrel is available exclusively through our website and a curated selection of wholesale and retail stockists. For stockist enquiries, please contact us at info@montrelframes.com.

Payments & Gift Cards

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as additional payment methods presented at checkout. All transactions are processed securely via SSL encryption.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Montrel gift cards are available for purchase on our website and can be redeemed at checkout. Simply enter your gift card code in the designated field and the value will be applied to your order automatically. Gift cards carry no expiry date.
